Bookings

All lessons are provided online. New bookings and new rescheduled times must be selected at least 72 hours in advance. A booking is confirmed after successful payment or use of a valid lesson credit and creation of the Calendar invitation.

Schedule changes

Students may cancel a confirmed lesson from My Account at any time, and may reschedule it until 24 hours before its start, limited to two times per booking. A cancellation is refunded only when the lesson has not been rescheduled by the student and is cancelled at least 24 hours before it starts: the amount paid is returned to the original payment method, the lesson credit is returned with its original expiry date, or the free trial is made available again. A cancellation made within 24 hours of the start, or of a lesson the student has already rescheduled, is still accepted, but the lesson counts as used and nothing is returned. Missed lessons are treated as used lessons.

Lesson packages

Package credits are valid for 60-minute lessons, expire six months after purchase, and are consumed in expiration order when a booking is confirmed. Unless required by law, expired or used credits are not refundable.

Reviews

Students may review completed lessons from My Account. Reviews marked public appear in Student Voices using the submitted display name, rating, and review text. Students can edit, make private, or remove their own reviews.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Any approved refund is returned to the original payment method.
